VII Integrated Continuous Biomanufacturing Conference

From October 5th to 9th, DIG4BIO team members took part in the VII Integrated Continuous Biomanufacturing Conference, held in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
This event brings together leading scientists from both academia and industry from around the world who are advancing continuous biomanufacturing.
Ana Azevedo was part of the steering committee and Ana Rita Santos delivered a poster snapshot presentation on “Continuous alkaline lysis of plasmid-containing E. coli cells using an oscillatory flow reactor”. This work highlights the possibility of using this technology in continuous mode to increase plasmid DNA release from cells.
