Highlights from DIG4BIO second Workshop
The second workshop under the scope of the EU Project @DIG4BIO has just concluded at DTU – Technical University of Denmark, after an engaging 3-day session focused on Model-based Techniques in BioEngineering.
In this hybrid event, participants explored a range of advanced topics, including:
– Mechanistic Modelling
– Data-Driven Modelling
– Hybrid Modelling
The workshop concluded with case studies, offering practical applications of the theoretical knowledge shared throughout the sessions.
Thanks to all participants for their active participation and to the organisers (Krist Gernaey and Carina L. Gargalo) and lecturers who ensured the success of this workshop. This collaborative effort marks another significant milestone in the advancement of biomanufacturing through innovative model-based approaches. We look forward to further progress in this EU Project.
