The kick-off meeting of the EU project DIG4BIO took place on July 1st, 2024, at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), in Lisbon. The event marked the official start of a promising collaboration led by Instituto Superior Técnico, in partnership with the Technical University of Berlin (TUB) and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). This Twinning action is set to advance IST’s research capacity and profile in digital biomanufacturing, while also bolstering research management and administrative skills. 

The first General Assembly of the DIG4BIO was held on July 1st, 2024, at Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), in Lisbon. The General Assembly was a testament to the collective commitment and expertise of the DIG4BIO team. With a clear path forward and strong collaborative alliances, the team is poised to make significant strides in the digitalization of biomanufacturing.
