Introduction to Computer Aided Tools for Process Design
23 – 26 February 2026
Online
OBJECTIVES
This workshop covers computer-aided process design tools for bioprocess applications, from traditional software like AVEVA Process Simulation and SuperPro Designer for modelling, balances, and scale-up, to Python-based simulators for flexible ODE modelling, CFD for bioreactor optimization, and AI tools including Gemini, Copilot, and in-house chatbots for task automation. Led by DTU, research leaders in bioprocess modelling, it equips participants with practical insights for biotechnology advancements.
